What is 'INITIATIVE NAME' and what should be placed in this field?

This field is used to indicate if you are a member of a specific 'HIDTA' Initiative. This field is not used for local task force names or local initiatives. HIDTA Initiatives are listed on the Gulf Coast HIDTA Web Page (http://www.gchidta.org/About.htm)
