Gulf Coast HIDTA Training is conducted year round in Lousiana, Mississippi, Alabama and Arkansas in each states' designated HIDTA counties and parishes. Alabama: Baldwin, Jefferson, Madison, Mobile, Montgomery and Morgan Counties. Arkansas: Benton, Jefferson, Pulaski, and Washington Counties. Lousiana: Bossier, Caddo, Calcasieu, East Baton Rouge, Jefferson, Lafayette, Orleans and Ouachita
